
About Me: Qualified Psychotherapist and Counsellor with Holistic Approach
My core passion is human beings, in all our complexity and simplicity. It is this paradox that makes each of us truly unique. No two people share the same blueprint, yet at our core we are fundamentally alike, shaped and moulded by our lived experiences.
At Soul-Full Therapy, I believe healing goes beyond working solely with the mind. When we stop there, we limit the body’s innate capacity to open, heal, and repair. Within my psychotherapeutic counselling work, I take a holistic approach that honours the mind, body, and soul. By incorporating somatic practices, we bring awareness to what is present, right here, in the now.
Bespoke and Flexible Therapeutic Approach

My training is rooted in a pluralistic approach, drawing from a range of modalities including psychoanalysis, person-centred therapy, and CBT. This allows me to work in a bespoke and flexible way, meeting you exactly where you are, moment to moment. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all; together we shape the work around your needs.
Creating a space of safety, empathy, and warmth is central to my practice. Within this therapeutic relationship, trust can gently grow. From there, we work towards cultivating a deeper sense of inner safety, supporting you to trust yourself, your decisions, and your life choices allowing meaningful and lasting change to emerge where it is most needed.
Whether you are struggling with life’s challenges, navigating a mid-life crisis, experiencing a breakdown or an awakening, I am here to support you. I work with anxiety, grief and loss in all its forms, trauma (including childhood trauma), abuse, addictive patterns, and periods of deep transition. You do not have to face these experiences alone, together, we can find a way forward.
Through the power of presence, acceptance, and non-judgement, space is created for what needs to be seen, heard, and witnessed.

Regularly undertaking Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to enhance my practice, expand my skills, and support my own personal growth. As an embodied therapist, I place importance on awareness of the mind–body connection, bringing presence, attunement, and authenticity into the therapeutic space.
